Special assistance can only be requested on confirmed bookings. We’re committed to making a seamless travel experience for all our fans. It is important to call our Contact Centre on (0861 KULULA/585852) for immediate assistance, if your flight departs within the next 48 hours.

Please note: submitting this form does not guarantee your request for assistance and is subject to availability. Your request will be confirmed by our Special Cases Team via email or phone. Should we reach the safety quota for Special Assistance on your flight booked, we may be required to change the flight to ensure that we comply with the Comair Limited required safety regulations.
